REFUND, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ THIS CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY. 

Order Return, Order Cancellation & Refund: 
Orders can be cancelled, returned and to have the refund initiated by calling the below contact no. - Brawn Healthcare India - +91-9845148792, email us at brawnhc@gmail.com or can drop us mail by filling up form details on home page, 12-Hours after order confirmation, before we schedule the package and shipping, to receive a full refund.  
Incase, failing to cancel the order before Packing, a nominal convenience fee would be deducted and the remaining amount would be refunded within 4-8 Business working days.
 

FREE SHIPPING ALL OVER INDIA

Transit times can vary based on shipping method and location. Ground shipping within INDIA takes between 3 to 5 business days. So please plan ahead and order early.

NOTE: Before shipment if we receive your cancellation by phone or mail we will deduct the actual transaction charges and refund your balance payment to your account. Incase of Refund after shipping, the balance amount after nominal deductions would be settled to your respective account in 4-8 Business working days.

REFUND: 

1. Refund with nominal convenience deductions within 4-8 business working days would be applicable only if the product is sealed and not opened within 12-Hours  after receiving the shipping or when in transit stage.
2. No refund applicable for products that have been unsealed/opened.
